Vijay Caveripakkam
Vijay Caveripakkam Founder & CEO, Primary focus: Business Transformations
Vijay is an entrepreneur and technology leader who delivers on business transformations, Information Technology, operations, program management, and technology sourcing.

A high-energy leader with proven skills in emerging technologies, organization transformations, and Sourcing. Vijay has delivered on numerous business transformations, multiple enterprise-wide technological programs and acquisition integrations – by managing change and providing technological solutions to business needs.
Prior to founding InFor500, Vijay held several executive positions in the semiconductor and technology industries. Vijay loves working on organization transformation and technological solutions in a fast-paced, diverse, multi-cultural global environment. He seeks to build and/or strengthen teams, processes, operations, technologies, and value delivery for engineering and IT organizations.
Born in South India, Vijay went to Anna University in Chennai where he graduated in Manufacturing Systems, followed by a Masters in Science & Engineering (MSE) from Arizona State University in Industrial Engineering and Information Systems. Vijay has been a University gold medalist, Regents Scholar at ASU and winner of All India Manufacturers Organization (AIMO) award. He lives in San Francisco and is a Giants and 49er’s fan.

Ward Karson

Ward is a 25+ year industry veteran of Indirect Spend Sourcing across the technology, digital gaming entertainment, life sciences, and financial services industries. He is a relationship-oriented, dynamic Strategic Sourcing executive focused on the enterprise view.
Ward brings a significant reach and relationship set across industries to our client base. His unique and holistic relationship-based approach ensures risk mitigation and cost optimization are addressed in the larger view of ensuring client and supplier satisfaction. His personal Sourcing philosophy is referred to as “Predictive Sourcing”, which integrates current client environments and services into a large holistic enterprise view, creating future streamlined concepts, intent on improving organizational spend and output effectiveness. Classically trained in TCO methodology, Ward designs Strategic Sourcing solutions to build and value relationships across the client enterprise, as well as building and valuing external supplier relationships for our client base. Ward is a born-and-raised Chicagoan and classic car collector. As a life-long Cubs fan, Ward has lived in San Francisco for over two decades and has learned to appreciate Karl the Fog, cold summer weather, and good sports teams

His experience involved engagements in Americas as well as other markets in EU, Middle East & India. Most of his work has been in the areas of Business development, Consulting & Outsourcing working for a broad spectrum of firms – Startups,Mid level such as The Hackett Group to Fortune 500 like Nestle & Halliburton.

He has lead teams across diverse functions such as Business Advisory, Sales, Procurement, Marketing & Exports. He has keen interest in disruptive technologies that can help transform/grow businesses particularly AI,AR/VR,IOT,Robotics,Mobiletech & Green Energy.

His background enabled him in helping firms grow exponentially, turnaround distressed operations & Internationalize domestic firms. He has worked with clients in e-commerce, industrial products, consumer products, retail, energy, technology and transportation.
He handles Strategy,Business development & Key Account management for InFor500.
